I joined as a Slimming Volunteer and as I’d been a member of both Waterworld and Total Fitness, I was very sceptical that it would work for me. I’m glad to say I have been proved VERY wrong. I have lost more than 2 stone in weight which is really helping my health. I had a series of heart attacks and have tried to lose weight on a few occasions in the past, without success. My Doctor is amazed at how my body has responded to the exercise and is very pleased with my improved health. It took a while to see any results but the Instructors have kept me motivated and offered useful tips and advice. The facility doesn’t feel like a gym – there is always something fun going on. Every lady in Wrexham should give it a go. Its changed my life and will continue to change it and I’ve enjoyed every minute. Thanks guys.
Lost 26 ¼ inches and 14.3kgs
I am so happy with my results. Its amazing that something that is such fun and doesn’t feel like exercise can achieve the results I have had. I can now fit into my wedding dress and may even have to have it taken in, in places.
Lost 11 ½ inches and 4.5kgs
I put weight on over the winter and then went on a month long cruise. On my return I thought if I didn’t act promptly, the weight gain would be permanent. I joined Body Matters at the beginning of May and I’ve lost 7 kilos (10% of my start weight) in 6 months. I have my waist back and fit into a size 12. My fitness level is vastly improved, the exercises are enjoyable and the staff are excellent.
Lost 15 ½ inches and 7 kgs.
I have found the Instructors at Body Matters welcoming and supportive, always encouraging and ready to adjust programmes to suit. Losing weight with Body Matters help has given me lost more energy and kept me supple even though I have arthritis. I have found many other exercise routines to be boring but Body matters is only 30 minutes, something different every 3 minutes and there is always a friendly member of staff to encourage and support.
